王周平,伟德bv国际体育二级教授、博士生导师,伟德bv国际体育至善岗位教授,曾任bevictor伟德官网副院长、国家功能食品工程技术研究中心副主任;国家级高层次领军人才(2017,2018),教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”入选者(2011),江苏特聘教授(2017),法国梅里埃科学基金获得者(2010),江苏省“六大人才高峰入选者”(2015),江苏省“333高层次人才工程“培养对象(2013),江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人(2012),国家一流本科专业-食品质量与安全专业负责人(2019),江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队负责人(2019)。
2006年7月到bevictor伟德官网任教,2007年聘为教授,2009年评为博士生导师。主要研究方向为特殊食品资源挖掘、食品质量与安全,先后主持国家“863”计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省重点研发项目、(法国)梅里埃科学研究基金项目等科研项目20余项。迄今为止发表第一和通讯作者SCI论文179篇,被他引13251次,h指数62。主要成果获得发明专利授权46件、美国和欧盟发明专利授权各1件。关键技术支撑制定核酸适配体首两个国家标准。获教育部自然科学奖二等奖(2016,排1)、安徽省科技进步一等奖(2018,排3)等科研奖励5项,获高等教育国家级教学成果一等奖(2014,排2)、国家级教学成果二等奖(2018,排4)等教学成果奖励4项。
