谢云飞,bevictor伟德官网教授、副院长、博士生导师,教育部国家级高层次人才(青年),中国工程前沿杰出青年学者,江苏省“双创博士”,无锡市优秀教育工作者,无锡市“五四青年奖章”获得者,中国检验检测学会青年科技工作者委员会副主任委员,江苏省科协第十届委员会委员,江苏省食品科学技术学会理事、江苏省高等学校科学技术协会科普联展工作委员会主任等。
科研方面,主要从事食品安全与质量控制方面的研究,重点致力于食品安全现场快速检测方法、设备和解决方案的构建。包括食品中危害物快速检测方法的建立;食品加工过程质量控制在线监测设备的开发;新型保鲜剂与保鲜技术的研发与应用;新型非热杀菌技术及杀菌机制探究以及食品中微纳塑料的分析、脱除、相互作用、毒性评估等。主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家重大仪器科学设备开发项目课题等国家级项目8项,到账经费1000余万元;企业横向项目30余项,到账经费1000余万。目前发表SCI文章200余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Food Chem.、J. Agri. Food Chem.、Chem. Eng. J.、Anal. Chem.等国际著名学术期刊发表论文80余篇;授权发明专利50余项(国际专利3项);获中国商业联合会科学技术奖特等奖(排1)等科技奖励5项。
教学方面,主持中国高校产学研创新基金、教育部新农科研究与改革实践项目、江苏省高等教育教改项目等省部级教改项目9项;获国家级教学成果二等奖、江苏省教学成果二等奖等教学成果奖省部级以上奖励6项;省级一流课程负责人;获江苏高校外国留学生教学观摩比赛一等奖;指导本科生获江苏省普通高校本科优秀毕业论文三等奖1项、指导学生获中国国际大学生“互联网+”创新创业大赛国赛银奖等10余项。
